The International Technology Centers promote cooperation between the US Army Research Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM) and international researchers as a means to advance science and engineering knowledge and technical capabilities in areas relevant to the overall US Army mission.

Activities:

Facilitate co-operation and communication between US Reasearchers and their international counterparts through sponsorship of international technical conferences and workshops.
Sponsor fundamental research projects with international partners to promote co-operative technology development.
Promote the exchange of science and technology knowledge by sponsorship of travel to US labs and facilities by international scientists and engineers.
